Biodynamic Spiced Red Lentil Burger Mix
A dry mix – similar to our Falafel Mix – made from split red lentils and spiced with chilli, ginger, turmeric & cumin. Simply add onion, rocket & water to create tasty vegetarian patties & burgers that are delicious with simply yoghurt and salad. Or mix with an egg to make a great crust on your barbequed/roasted meats and seafood. Can even be used as a stuffing for peppers!
Mount Zero Biodynamic food is located adjacent to the Grampians National Park, in Western Victoria.
The olive grove is a Demeter certified, biodynamic farm. The grove is self-sustaining in its farming practices (feeding the trees directly form the soil humus rather than chemical inputs) and energy supply (sourced from off-grid wind and solar generators).
