About Terrasana Pesto
The literal meaning of "pesto" is stomping / beating or chopping, mashing through an auger. TerraSana Traditional pesto is pepared with basil, garlic, pine nuts and chopped pecorino after which the olive oil "extra virgin" and added spice finsh this wonderful pesto.
The best pesto basil obtained by the early morning to pick and by using the pecorino cheese.
