Kaboom!!! This tomato relish is good and tangy but not too spicy. Lots of flavour from the tomato and onion and not too sweet. It’s great served with terrines, meats both hot and cold, cheeses, burgers or franks. Ingredients: tomato, onion, garlic, olive oil, herbs and spices, sugar, vinegar. Jimjam artisan preserves are handmade at our farm, ‘Avant Yarde’. They contain NO artificial colours, flavourings, preservatives or bulking agents. Refrigerate after opening
JimJam is in the beautiful and prime fruit growing area of Stanley near Beechworth Victoria.
