About Mount Zero Falafel Mix
This is a traditional Middle Eastern recipe made with organic chickpeas and spices. Believing that fresh ingredients such as onion and parsley are always best fresh, we have provided all the dry ingredients so that all that is required is to add water, a diced onion & parsley.
This falafel can be shallow fried in the pan or fried traditionally in olive oil. It is also fantastic cooked on the BBQ.
